She was a girl lost in finding herself, in love with the idea that she could be different, that she could be the one to actually do it, to actually make a difference.

He was a man given to drinking and smoking, appealing to broken hearts with issues, let’s not sugarcoat anything.

They met one October morning as the first leaves of fall began to drift downwards to the ground.

Whether they decide to use each other or build each other up is the question. The answer isn’t written here- the answer will be lived out by you- for we all find pieces of ourselves in other people, and it’s our job to make the best of the puzzle we are putting together that we call life.
